We’re seeking a talented Portfolio Manager to oversee a high-performing team of Program and Project Managers, driving the successful delivery of impactful programs that align with our clients’ strategic objectives. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape portfolio governance, foster stakeholder relationships, and elevate organizational performance across the Central and East Regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Portfolio Leadership: Own end-to-end oversight of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and measurable business outcomes. Collaborate closely with clients to prioritize initiatives based on value, resources, and risk, maintaining clarity and momentum in a dynamic environment.
  • Governance & Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce standardized processes for project intake, tracking, and execution. Maintain transparency and accountability across the portfolio, managing resource allocation to support strategic and operational needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery Oversight: Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, partners, and delivery teams. Lead regular portfolio review sessions, facilitate decision-making, and communicate progress clearly and effectively across all levels.
  • Program Planning & Execution: Guide Program Managers in developing detailed project plans, ensuring scope, schedules, and resources are effectively managed. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, removing obstacles to keep programs on track, on time, and within budget.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of the portfolio, including revenue forecasting, margin optimization, utilization, and backlog management to maximize profitability.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Develop insightful dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into portfolio health. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance delivery quality, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL are a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 5 years leading large-scale IT or infrastructure programs, preferably in Professional Services or Managed Services.
