  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, and feature updates for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
  • Manage Microsoft Office applications, including installation and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct hardware installations and troubleshooting, ensuring systems are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
  • Understand and maintain network communications, including LAN/WAN technologies.
  • Handle the racking and stacking of equipment and manage cable installations (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc.).
  • Support a variety of technologies, including Cisco/Aruba networking, VSAT, and Ubiquiti Radios.




Required skills:
6+ years experience, Strong customer service and communication skills Strong desktop skills, software troubleshooting skills Windows 10 and 11 Experience, upgrades, feature updates Microsoft Office Application Installation and Troubleshooting Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting Network communications understanding Experience with LAN/WAN technologies Racking and stacking equipment Cable installation (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc..)

Experience with the following technologies are highly encouraged but not all are mandatory:
Cisco/Aruba experience
VSAT
Ubiquiti Radios
Microsoft SCCM/Intune
Citrix (Workspace, Published Apps, Desktops) Mobile – iOS, enrollment, app deployment, iOS updates Active Directory – EUC concepts, user and computer object management Group Policy – basic understanding Configuring UPSs
