Role Summary
This on-site Project Manager role involves leading the delivery of information technology projects within a complex organizational environment. The position requires overseeing projects from initiation through completion, coordinating cross-departmental teams to ensure timely and successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end management of IT projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closure.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate project developments to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support business transformation efforts by implementing technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder presentations to align expectations and progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Manage project dependencies, resource allocations, and priorities across teams.
  • Promote best practices in project management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing IT or technology-related projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
  • Certification in project management (PRINCE2, PMP, PMI, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities with problem-solving expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to work on-site in Beverly Hills, CA.

Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 – $58.00 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
