Role Summary
This role involves providing technical support and development for Oracle WebCenter Content 12c and WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c (IPM/WFR/Capture). The position requires a focus on content management applications, system configurations, and customization to meet business needs. The individual will work as part of a large Oracle support team, collaborating with business users and supporting ongoing ECM processes and upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support Oracle WebCenter Content 12c (UCM/Stellent) and WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c (IPM/WFR/Capture).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system specifications and technical requirements.
- Complete change management tasks, including SOX control requirements, and ensure compliance.
- Participate in project management activities, utilizing industry best practices.
- Gather business knowledge to develop effective solutions through available resources.
- Track project deliverables and report progress to management.
- Perform batch file loads and updates in Oracle WebCenter Content.
- Create, maintain, and optimize profiles, metadata, and rules within WebCenter Content.
- Support ECM and related application support activities, including troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
- Assist in system upgrades, including supporting WebCenter Content environment upgrades and migrations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience configuring and customizing Oracle WebCenter Content 12c (UCM/Stellent), including RIDC.
- 2-3 years of experience working with WebCenter Forms Recognition and Capture 12c (IPM/WFR/Capture).
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) processes such as taxonomies, records management, workflows, metadata, search, and security.
- Experience migrating content from legacy repositories to Oracle WebCenter Content.
- Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of Oracle database architecture.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, JSP, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and Elasticsearch (desired).
- Knowledge of integrating WebCenter Content with business applications and developing custom UIs (desired).
- System administration experience on Linux environments (desired).
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, supporting both maintenance and upgrade activities.
- Availability to work in an on-site environment.
Publishing Pay Range: $78.00 – $80.00 hourly
This position is based in-office and requires employee to work on-site.
