Role Summary

This position supports procurement and supply chain operations within an industrial environment. The role is responsible for supporting procure-to-pay activities, processing requisitions and receipts, maintaining procurement documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to support the timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities

  • Create and process requisitions and receipts using Oracle.
  • Support procure-to-pay activities, including requisitioning, receiving, invoice resolution, and sourcing activities.
  • Collaborate with buyers, engineers, project teams, and suppliers to coordinate procurement requirements.
  • Support compliance with established procurement policies and procedures.
  • Respond to supplier and internal stakeholder inquiries related to procurement activities.
  • Monitor purchase orders and delivery requirements to support timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, records, and transaction information.
  • Support procurement reporting and administrative supply chain activities.
  • Assist with the purchasing and coordination of materials, including pipe, valves, fittings, and related supplies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, industrial operations, or a related environment is preferred.
  • Experience supporting procure-to-pay processes and maintaining procurement documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Ability and willingness to develop knowledge of materials such as pipe, valves, fittings, and related supplies.
  • Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to support operational requirements and changing priorities as needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Publishing Pay Range: $35.00 – $40.00 hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
