Role Summary
This position involves overseeing and managing commercial construction projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial concept to project completion. Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Oversee contractors and design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Resolve field issues promptly and coordinate problem-solving efforts on-site.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality standards.
- Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders, including clients and team members.
- Handle RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure safety protocols and quality assurance standards are adhered to throughout project phases.
- Track project milestones and adjust plans as necessary to stay on schedule.
- Lead project closeout activities, including final inspections and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve project execution processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or development project management, particularly in commercial construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination capabilities.
- Available for travel as required for project site oversight.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control practices.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Publishing Pay Range: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 annually
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
