Role Summary
This position involves overseeing and managing commercial construction projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial concept to project completion. The role is suited for a professional experienced in construction management who can coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain project schedules and budgets. It offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high quality results efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Oversee contractors and design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Resolve field issues promptly and coordinate problem-solving efforts on-site.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders, including clients and team members.
  • Handle RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and project documentation.
  • Ensure safety protocols and quality assurance standards are adhered to throughout project phases.
  • Track project milestones and adjust plans as necessary to stay on schedule.
  • Lead project closeout activities, including final inspections and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve project execution processes and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction or development project management, particularly in commercial construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team coordination capabilities.
  • Available for travel as required for project site oversight.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control practices.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Publishing Pay Range: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 annually

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
