A senior-level strategic role responsible for leading enterprise data transformation initiatives, focusing on data governance, AI integration, and stakeholder collaboration. This position involves partnering with cross-functional leaders to develop roadmaps, align priorities, and deliver measurable business value through effective data and AI solutions. The role also includes supporting executive leadership by preparing strategic communications, coordinating program activities, and ensuring the successful adoption of data driven practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Data Governance, Cloud Engineering, Analytics, and IT leaders to drive enterprise data and AI transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
- Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, and communication materials for senior leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Data & Analytics Officer, anticipating needs and clarifying strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformation roadmaps, address organizational challenges, and manage dependencies.
- Lead efforts to increase data and AI literacy across the enterprise, defining and tracking shared KPIs.
- Identify, qualify, and track data and AI use cases, ensuring successful implementation and measurable impact.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate resources to achieve project deliverables.
- Promote best practices in data management, governance, and AI adoption within the organization.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or enterprise information architecture.
- Proven experience leading data transformation programs and managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, AI concepts, and IT program interdependencies at a conceptual level.
- Familiarity with AWS ecosystem and enterprise data platforms.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and change management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, executive-level narratives.
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities and managing dependencies across multiple teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives with strong stakeholder influence and enterprise impact.
- Eligible to work full-time.
Publishing Pay Range: $135,000 to $175,000 annually
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
