Role Summary
This position involves developing and maintaining automated data systems within an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to support operational efficiency and data accuracy. The Data Analyst will design scalable, automated workflows that ensure timely data delivery, proactive anomaly detection, and streamlined reporting processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to translate operational needs into technical solutions that enhance data integrity and business insights.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage automated SQL and Google BigQuery scripts and stored procedures for data normalization.
  • Develop real-time monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trigger notifications for data anomalies or threshold breaches.
  • Build automated pipelines to deliver structured, aggregated raw data to Business Intelligence teams and operational stakeholders.
  • Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and develop logic for recurring automation tasks.
  • Test and validate automated data workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members to gather operational requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, normalization logic, and automation schedules for ongoing system maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Business Intelligence Analysts to enhance existing workflows and implement new data solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high-quality data delivery and system uptime.
  • Stay updated on best practices in data automation, analytics, and data management tools to continuously improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, mathematics, information technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Google BigQuery required.
  • Experience in developing automated data pipelines and normalizing complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex data analyses and translate findings into automated solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical teams and operational stakeholders.
  • Ability to learn and understand complex data structures quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid environment, with a schedule that includes onsite and remote work.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Publishing Pay Range: $42.00 – $44.00 hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
