Front-End Angular Developer
Our client is hiring a highly skilled and motivated Front-End Angular Developer to join a dynamic team on a project that is both challenging and rewarding. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about web application development using the latest technologies and enjoys working in a fast-paced, agile environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a time-critical web application project, integrating with .NET Core APIs. This position offers the chance to be part of a small, agile team that follows best practices and industry standards to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the front-end of a web application using Angular (18), ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Integrate front-end components with .NET Core APIs to create a fully functional web application.
- Utilize component libraries such as Kendo UI (Telerik) to enhance application features and user interface.
- Participate actively in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Adhere to and advocate for industry best practices in responsive design, accessibility, and security (OWASP Top 10).
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests for all developed features to ensure the reliability and quality of the application.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to code reviews and documentation to promote knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a time-critical project environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Angular, with knowledge of the latest version being a significant plus.
- Experience or basic understanding of .NET Core and integrating with RESTful APIs.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks, such as Bootstrap.
- Awareness of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Knowledge of security best practices, specifically OWASP Top 10.
- Experience or familiarity with unit testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems (TFS), agile tools (e.g., Jira), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.
