Role Summary
A senior level position responsible for designing and implementing end to end identity architecture within large scale marketing ecosystems. This role involves leading strategies around customer data integration, identity graph development, and ensuring seamless data flow across various platforms to enhance customer engagement. The candidate will serve as a key technical expert, driving innovation in identity solutions while maintaining compliance with privacy and governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Own the development and management of comprehensive identity architecture for unified customer profiles across multiple touchpoints.
- Lead design initiatives for integrating and optimizing identity solutions within digital platforms, including evaluation of third-party providers such as Acxiom, LiveRamp, Epsilon, TransUnion, and Experian.
- Define and measure success metrics related to identity stitching, including match rates, accuracy, coverage, latency, and resulting business outcomes.
- Develop and execute CDP and MDM strategies, ensuring effective integration with Customer Central and other marketing data systems.
- Architect and oversee identity integration within Adobe Marketing Cloud suite, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Commerce, Target, Analytics, Campaign, Audience, and Workfront.
- Design identity solutions for AI driven use cases, prioritizing privacy, user consent, and governance compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex identity architecture concepts into actionable requirements for technical and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging identity technologies and trends to maintain innovative and effective customer data strategies.
- Ensure seamless integration of identity solutions with web, mobile applications, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Maintain compliance with privacy regulations and data governance standards while optimizing identity management processes.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with customer identity management and architecture in large-scale marketing ecosystems.
- Hands on expertise with identity graph providers such as LiveRamp, Acxiom, Epsilon, TransUnion, and Experian.
- Strong understanding of cookies, privacy laws, consent management, and data governance practices.
- Proven ability to design and implement identity integrations across web, mobile, and marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of CDP and MDM architecture, data flows, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to translate complex identity topics into clear technical and business strategies.
- Availability to work on-site at the designated location.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Publishing Pay Range: $75.00 – $85.00 hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
