Role Summary
A Network Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying network infrastructure in a dynamic environment. This role involves supporting large-scale router configurations, network automation projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on network architecture and deployment activities. The position offers an opportunity to work on complex network solutions, including data center hardware integration and network design optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy robust network infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
- Support large-scale router configurations, managing 50+ devices simultaneously.
- Lead network automation initiatives utilizing Python and/or Ansible to streamline operations.
- Participate in architecture review meetings to influence network design and performance.
- Collaborate with data center teams during hardware deployments and network implementations.
- Assist with new network deployment activities, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation.
- Support network troubleshooting and optimization in coordination with engineering teams.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, designs, and deployment procedures.
- Stay informed on emerging networking technologies and incorporate best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to network stability and security.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with BGP, VXLAN EVPN, and ZTB frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with routing, switching, and large-scale network deployment.
- Strong automation skills using Python and/or Ansible.
- Experience configuring and deploying 50+ routers concurrently.
- Knowledge of network architecture, security practices, and hardware provisioning.
- Ability to participate in architecture review and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Availability to work during standard business hours with flexibility as required.

Publishing Pay Range: $43.00 – $53.00 USD Hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
