Role Summary
Seeking a highly experienced Project Coordinator to lead process improvement initiatives across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing functions. This role will focus on enhancing product lifecycle management, system controls within Microsoft Dynamics AX, and operational excellence throughout new product introduction and engineering change processes. The ideal candidate will drive workflows, ensure system integration, and promote continuous improvement to optimize product development and manufacturing lifecycle efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Improve revision control and document management processes within Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • Develop and implement standardized item setup and control procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Establish and maintain supplier review processes and enforce supplier quality standards.
  • Lead enhancements to Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Technical Approval Process (TAP) workflows.
  • Create processes within AX to purchase, track, and manage prototype parts during development and validation phases.
  • Facilitate seamless integration between engineering design activities and production systems.
  • Support execution of Stage-Gate deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of commitments.
  • Identify overdue deliverables, drive closures, and establish sustainable accountability measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations to implement best practices that improve efficiency, quality, and traceability.
  • Lead process improvement projects and manage change initiatives organization-wide.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in process improvement within manufacturing, engineering, or product development environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, configuration management, and product lifecycle processes.
  • Demonstrated success with APQP methodologies and Six Sigma principles (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting or implementing initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering change management processes.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate activities across multiple functional and global teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant project or program management experience is preferred.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work.
  • Working rights to be employed in the specified location.

Publishing Pay Range: $35.00 – $45.00 hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
