Role Summary

This on-site Project Manager role is responsible for leading cross-functional projects within global supply chain planning initiatives. The position focuses on executing strategic projects that incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize planning processes, enhance decision-making, and deliver substantial business value. The Project Manager will oversee project delivery from initiation to completion while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates and managing expectations across diverse global teams.
  • Coordinate logistics, resources, and cross-functional activities for complex international initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global partners and internal teams to facilitate seamless project integration and execution.
  • Utilize project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project Online, Asana, Miro) to track milestones and report on project status.
  • Ensure projects comply with organizational policies and strategic priorities related to supply chain planning.
  • Drive transparency and accountability through regular review cycles and comprehensive documentation.
  • Support the implementation of AI solutions within supply chain processes, leveraging emerging technologies to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing complex, multi-region projects, ideally within a global supply chain or planning environment.
  • Proven experience in implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, with understanding of AI concepts, methodologies, and business applications.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online, Jira, Asana, or Miro.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultural boundaries.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning principles, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; this is a full-time position requiring on-site presence.

Publishing Pay Range: $38.00 – $40.00 Hourly

This position is based in-office and requires employee to work on-site.
