Role Summary

A remote SharePoint and Power Platform Developer is needed to support a comprehensive cloud migration and modernization initiative. This intermediate to senior-level role involves designing, developing, and supporting SharePoint solutions, automating workflows, and enabling application upgrades within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The focus is on migrating from on-premise infrastructure to cloud-based environments, ensuring seamless integration and efficient business process automation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including both SharePoint On-Premise and SharePoint Online environments.
  • Support the migration of SharePoint content, workflows, and solutions from on-premise servers to SharePoint Online in the cloud.
  • Build and optimize automation workflows utilizing Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Develop custom applications and forms using Microsoft Power Apps to enhance business processes.
  • Support integration efforts between SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems during cloud migration initiatives.
  • Assist with data, content, and process migration activities as part of the transition from on-premises to cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform solutions across legacy and cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to facilitate a smooth migration process.
  • Document workflows, system configurations, and technical solutions to support ongoing cloud transition efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with SharePoint development and administration, including SharePoint On-Premise and SharePoint Online.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Experience supporting or executing on-premise to cloud migration projects within Microsoft environments.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, business process design, and form development.
  • Proficiency working within Microsoft 365 ecosystems, including integration points.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to support project requirements in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Publishing Pay Range: $70.00 – $80.00 Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
