Our client is hiring a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our enterprise department, focusing on SharePoint, Teams Collaboration, Office365, Power Platform (including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.), and other cloud-based platforms. This role demands a blend of expertise in data visualization, performance metric development, and strategic analysis to enhance decision-making processes. The position requires a proactive individual capable of translating strategic visions into actionable goals, with a keen eye for detail in data presentation and relationship management. A Secret Clearance is essential for this role, highlighting the level of trust and responsibility bestowed upon the position. Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise and analysis in data visualization, development and tracking of performance metrics and data presentation.
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable goals and objectives, effectively managing relationships across departments.
  • Develop and enhance decision-making dashboards, collect performance data, and produce data visualizations.
  • Work with organizational data and project teams to standardize data analysis and management strategies.
  • Present deliverables and visualizations to non-technical audiences, ensuring clear communication of data insights.
  • Develop and implement data strategies for daily and weekly reports, as well as conduct ad hoc analysis in response to client requests.
  • Support research projects, capability development efforts, and innovation initiatives within the organization.
  • Consider and evaluate user experiences for the team’s portfolio of web and online applications, including Microsoft products like SharePoint and Power BI.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience, or Bachelor’s degree with ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
  • Secret Clearance required.
  • Proven skills in data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and track performance metrics.
  • Experience in developing project and program performance metrics and success criteria.
  • Ability to conduct after-action data assessments and create various deliverables for executive staff.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Office365 and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred experience interacting with Army stakeholders supporting similar scope and scale of services.
  • Preferred experience working successfully within a mature shared services-based capability for enterprise-level customers.
