Role Summary
This position involves delivering advanced software solutions and maintaining existing applications to improve organizational efficiency. The role requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently within a team environment. The focus is on developing, testing, and implementing software applications to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, debug, and document new and existing software applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective programming solutions.
  • Modify and enhance application logic to support organizational objectives.
  • Conduct systems analysis, including design, testing, and implementation of application components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
  • Maintain and support existing applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software-related issues.
  • Document all development processes and application changes thoroughly.
  • Work within allocated timeframes and budgets to deliver software solutions.
  • Other duties related to software development and application maintenance as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years of IT experience, OR
  • Associate’s degree with at least 8 years of IT experience, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience.
  • Proven experience in application software development, coding, testing, and debugging.
  • Strong understanding of systems analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and demonstrate safety as a priority.

Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 – $55.00 hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
