Workday Benefits Consultant
Essential duties:
Demonstrates expertise and ownership for the configuration, enhancement, maintenance and testing of the Workday system.
Supports various Workday modules which may include Recruiting (Talent Acquisition), Compensation, HCM, Onboarding, Talent, Learning or Benefits.
Collaborates with business partners to translate goals and objectives into change requests with clear requirements.
Assists with defining, implementing, and maintaining Workday configurations for various modules.
Participates in the research, design, development, testing, delivery and training of new enhancement, features or tools.
Identifies areas to simplify, standardize, and improve the Workday setup.
Follows Workday best practices, standards, and guidelines.
