Role Summary
This is a mid-level role designed for a professional with technical expertise and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The position involves supporting operational functions, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The role requires self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills to contribute effectively to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and maintain system updates in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Document procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new features or systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new or existing technology.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Prepare reports on operational metrics and incident resolutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical support or related roles, with a strong understanding of systems management.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the designated location without sponsorship requirements.
  • Reliable internet connection and equipped home office setup.
  • Prior experience supporting remote teams is advantageous.

Publishing Pay Range: $45.00 – $50.00 hour

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
