Role Summary
A Business Analyst is sought to support the Commercial Process team within an organization’s global sales and commercial operations. This role involves collaborating with sales, pricing, analytics, and Salesforce teams to analyze and optimize business processes. The successful candidate will assist in process improvement initiatives, change management strategies, user training, and ongoing performance monitoring, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and user adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Process, Sales, Pricing, Analytics, and Salesforce, to document and analyze existing business processes.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable recommendations for process enhancements and system improvements.
  • Support change management initiatives by developing communication plans, training materials, and user adoption strategies.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for end-users to facilitate adoption of new processes and system updates.
  • Monitor and analyze process adoption metrics, providing insights to identify areas for further training or process refinement.
  • Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Evaluate risks associated with process changes, prioritize initiatives based on potential impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process modifications align with overall business objectives and minimize downstream effects.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and informed decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying workflow efficiencies and optimizing the sales experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting process improvement projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, or comparable systems.
  • Experience working closely with sales or commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process evaluation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver end-user training and support change management efforts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions.
  • Availability to work on-site and support in-person team activities.

Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 – $58.00 hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
