Role Summary
An IT Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting a large-scale enterprise initiative focused on migrating integrations from a legacy platform to a modern, scalable solution. This role involves close collaboration with project leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate project activities, ensure communication flow, and track progress. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, gaining exposure to enterprise integration technologies and agile project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of a complex integration modernization program in partnership with the Senior Project Manager.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, escalating schedule, resource, or dependency issues as needed.
  • Assist with coordination of integration inventory assessments, migration planning, testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple project teams, vendors, technical resources, and business stakeholders.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and governance sessions.
  • Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, document decisions, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Escalate project issues and ideas to leadership with clarity and professionalism.
  • Maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Support communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed of project status and changes.
  • Assist in tracking project progress and preparing status updates for leadership review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically, 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodology is desirable.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
  • Comfortable working closely with project stakeholders and vendors.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration technologies is advantageous.
  • Capable of supporting project activities from planning through deployment.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid environment with in-office and remote work.

Publishing Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
