Role Summary
A highly motivated Project Manager responsible for leading the successful delivery of technology and business-focused initiatives. This role involves managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risks while maintaining stakeholder communication and ensuring project alignment with organizational values of innovation, integrity, customer focus, and collaboration. Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time and successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and governance standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate executive-level communications, status reports, and steering committee meetings.
- Build strong partnerships with clients, delivery teams, vendors, and business leaders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance; coordinate resource utilization and support capacity planning.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; establish and maintain issue and action logs.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned activities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Lead cross-functional teams across business and technical organizations.
- Coach team members and promote best practices in project management.
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology and/or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Demonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
- Effective stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 – $65.00 hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
