Job Description:
GDH Consulting is hiring a highly skilled and motivated Access Development / Database Configuration (part time) to work with our client, an innovative national security and intelligence, information technology, and DoD logistics provider.

Transition to LIMS:
  • Implementing Freezerworks within the system.
  • Looking for someone with data admin capabilities to handle system implementation.
  • Candidate will step into an ongoing process and complete it.
Role Requirements:
  • Configure the database and set up the system.
  • Handle records
  • Differentiate between units based on unique data characteristics.
  • Update workflows and coordinate with research associates.
  • Provide basic training to team members.
Environment:
  • Working within a structured government environment.
  • Data admin will manage system operations, while specimen management handles daily tasks
  • Strong skills in developing in Access 
  • Strong proficiency in Freezerworks preferred or other LIMS system.
  • Weekly meetings with Freezerworks consultants.
  • Must be able to articulate system needs clearly
Position Details:
  • Hybrid role (on-site and remote work).
  • Able to obtain Public Trust clearance required.
  • Location: Walter Reed Institute of Research, primarily Silver Springs off Robert Grant
  • Parking provided due to location on an annex.
