Role Summary
This position involves managing project controls and scheduling activities within pipeline and midstream oil and gas infrastructure projects. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera/P6 scheduling tools.
- Coordinate project controls activities, including tracking progress and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to facilitate project execution.
- Analyze project budgets and cost impacts, providing input on financial planning and reporting.
- Monitor project timelines to identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports, including schedule updates and forecasts.
- Contribute to risk management efforts by identifying schedule conflicts and potential issues.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing technical and scheduling insights.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to project schedules and controls.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Primavera/P6 scheduling in pipeline or midstream oil and gas projects.
- Strong background in project controls, scheduling, and pipeline industry exposure.
- Knowledge of pipeline construction and infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with financial and project budgeting processes.
- Technical understanding of project scheduling and controls.
- Ability to operate effectively across different teams and functions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience working in pipeline or infrastructure project environments.
- Availability to work on-site.

Publishing Pay Range: $35.00 – $39.00 hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
