We are seeking a dedicated Right of Way Document Specialist to join our team and support vital capital projects and field engineering operations. In this role, you will play a key part in drafting, preparing, and managing essential legal and land documents, ensuring smooth interactions with landowners, government agencies, tenants, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare a variety of documents including correspondence, legal agreements, easements, releases, and other legal documents related to land rights.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams such as Legal, Engineering, Environmental, and Risk Management to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with landowners, governmental agencies, tenants, and developers to facilitate project progress and land transactions.
  • Perform thorough file maintenance, including working and final review of files, as well as the organization of electronic files and correspondence.
  • Take direction from the Land Manager or designated supervisors to meet project needs efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, SharePoint, and GIS tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills to ensure accuracy in legal and land documents.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions from multiple managers or supervisors.

Publishing Pay Range: $44.00 – $48.00 hourly
