Role Summary
This role involves designing, developing, and integrating AI capabilities within identity and access management (IAM) platforms. It focuses on enhancing access decision processes, certification workflows, and governance functions by embedding intelligent decision-making into existing systems. The position requires a technical expert capable of building scalable data pipelines, developing AI models, and integrating them seamlessly into enterprise environments to improve efficiency and decision quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-enabled workflows to enhance access management, certification, and lifecycle events.
- Build and maintain complex data pipelines utilizing Python, SQL, and cloud platforms to process identity, entitlement, and usage data.
- Design and deploy classification, scoring, and recommendation models that blend rule-based and data-driven approaches.
- Integrate AI models and decision logic into existing IAM systems using APIs, system queries, and orchestration layers.
- Collaborate on developing multi-step agentic workflows, leveraging frameworks like LangChain or similar orchestration tools.
- Improve decision quality, cycle times, and user experience for access reviews and approval processes.
- Ensure AI workflows are explainable, reproducible, and reliable, aligning with enterprise standards.
- Work with distributed cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) to facilitate system integrations and data flow.
- Support governance and compliance requirements by embedding decision intelligence into workflows.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for model deployment, integration, and lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Python, SQL, and building data pipelines in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML development, including classification, scoring, and recommendation systems.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI workflows into enterprise applications via APIs and system queries.
- Practical understanding of access management, certification processes, and lifecycle workflows.
- Working knowledge of distributed cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Ability to translate complex AI models into actionable business solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Availability to work with a hybrid schedule, combining remote work with in-office presence.

Publishing Pay Range: $76.91 – $79.56 hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
