Role Summary
This position involves supporting dashcam and telematics operations within a fleet management environment. The role requires coordination of hardware shipments, installation oversight, and troubleshooting, along with maintaining accurate fleet data and producing insightful reports. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with on-site activities as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Order dashcams and related hardware, track shipments, and coordinate deliveries across multiple locations
  • Manage third-party installers to ensure timely and accurate dashcam installations
  • Assign dashcam devices to vehicles, verify connectivity, and provide basic troubleshooting support
  • Maintain and update downstream reporting related to dashcam deployment, usage, and data quality
  • Keep accurate fleet inventory records and vehicle specifications updated in systems
  • Prepare, review, and validate fleet reports, including data input, cleansing, and exception handling
  • Analyze operational equipment needs to inform data-driven fleet decisions
  • Assist with cost studies related to vehicle configurations and fleet standards
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to uphold data integrity and streamline operations
  • Provide regular status updates and respond to field support inquiries with a focus on customer service

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, fleet, procurement, automotive, or safety-related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or accounting is preferred
  • Prior exposure to fleet programs, dashcams, GPS telematics, or safety initiatives is advantageous
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis), Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Office 365 tools including CoPilot
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Publishing Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
