This role involves a strategic transition from a monolithic system to an interoperable, modular system based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), requiring coordination with multiple vendors and adherence to federal standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating this transition, ensuring comprehensive training and smooth integration of new technologies and processes. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors to define system configurations and ensure seamless integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and course catalogs, exclusively for internal training purposes.
  • Establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address training needs.
  • Manage the annual renewal of the LXP contract, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the organizational change management team to facilitate a smooth transition to the new modular systems.
  • Define and monitor compliance and managerial reporting requirements, ensuring all training systems meet security and privacy standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, education, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience related to LMS/eLearning, including experience with APIs and third-party training tool integrations.
  • Proven ability to deploy regular training updates to large-scale enterprise audiences.
  • Strong skills in system configuration, platform management, and incident management tools.
  • Proficiency in understanding business processes and translating them into effective training solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as an active contributor to project teams.
  • Experience with course design and learning content authoring tools.
