Role Summary
An Operational Change Management (OCM) Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting change initiatives within a global real estate, workplace, and sustainability programs. This role involves developing strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational changes across multiple business units. The Specialist works closely with stakeholders at various levels to facilitate smooth transitions and embed continuous improvement practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans to promote adoption of new tools and processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify change impacts and design targeted interventions including training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments.
- Lead stakeholder and impact analysis for technology deployments such as Costar, Cority, and ServiceNow, and operational transformations.
- Create, update, and deliver training materials, user guides, and communications tailored to diverse global audiences.
- Facilitate workshops, briefings, and town halls to build understanding and buy-in for organizational changes.
- Monitor and report on change adoption metrics, feedback, and organizational readiness levels.
- Act as a liaison among leadership, IT, HR, and Communications teams to ensure aligned and consistent messaging.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by integrating change management principles into ongoing operations.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Track project progress and provide status updates to key stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in organizational or operational change management within large, global enterprises.
- Proven track record of leading change enablement initiatives for technology implementations and process improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience creating engaging, clear communication and training materials.
- Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR or other change management frameworks.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Proficiency using collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Availability to work on-site as required.
Publishing Pay Range: $45.00 – $53.00 USD Hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
