Role Summary
This position involves managing data reconciliation and providing system administrative support for energy efficiency and demand response programs within the Demand Side Management (DSM) organization. The role supports program managers with budgeting, customer IT projects, and acts as the primary liaison with external vendors and subcontractors to ensure accurate data transfer and recordkeeping. It requires a detail-oriented individual capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and maintaining system integrity for residential and commercial customer programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee data reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of program records.
- Provide administrative support for system operations related to energy efficiency and demand response initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact for external vendors and subcontractors, managing relationships and ensuring successful data transfer.
- Support program managers in tracking and managing program budgets and customer IT projects.
- Assist in maintaining and updating product requirements and implementation processes in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Conduct data mining and analysis, utilizing SQL queries to support program performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with program standards and data entry protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve data discrepancies and system issues.
- Maintain documentation and reporting related to program activities and data status.
- Actively participate in process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, economics, marketing, or a related field, or four years of directly related experience.
- General understanding of demand side management (DSM), including energy efficiency and demand response programs.
- Ability to perform data analysis and mining, with experience in SQL queries preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, for interacting at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Publishing Pay Range: $20.00 – $26.50 hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
