Role Summary
This Program Manager role is a leadership position responsible for managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs related to the ScienceLogic transition for the product organization. The role involves overseeing program execution from initiation to launch, aligning with product strategy, platform direction, and business outcomes. It requires a technically credible leader capable of managing complexity, coordinating across teams and vendors, and ensuring disciplined delivery of mission-critical solutions over an estimated two-year engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex programs encompassing design, development, deployment, and launch phases.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans aligned with broader portfolio objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors, to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
- Manage interdependencies across workstreams to ensure cohesive and on-time delivery.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Translate business and customer requirements into product features and platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Management to support roadmap, release cycles, and strategic priorities.
- Support backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, and release readiness across initiatives.
- Oversee vendor and partner management, ensuring delivery commitments and performance standards are met.
- Drive operational readiness, including planning for support models, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs within a product or platform environment.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Technical credibility with understanding of architecture, systems design, and deployment processes.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships, coordinate multiple workstreams, and handle complex dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, release planning, and operational support.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and external partners.

Publishing Pay Range: $55.00 – $65.00 USD Hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
