Role Summary
This position involves managing the delivery of complex programs that align with product strategy and customer outcomes. The role requires overseeing project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. It combines project management disciplines with product ownership, lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement to drive results in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects within approved scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, governance, and daily operations to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or equivalent tools.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact project delivery.
  • Manage project startup and closeout activities, including quality assurance reviews and governance compliance.
  • Translate business requirements into technical features and product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align project work with strategic roadmaps and priorities.
  • Support release planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization in partnership with engineering teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues proactively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure deliverables meet contractual and quality standards, continuously improving project processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects within complex technical environments.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, SAFe, or hybrid approaches.
  • Experience working across business, product, and technical domains, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Technical foundation to support coordination between engineering, product, and operations teams.
  • Availability to work full-time in an on-site setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope changes and balance tradeoffs across project constraints.
  • Experience working in government, federal, or regulated environments is a plus.

Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 – $60.00 USD Hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
