We’re seeking a results-driven Project Manager to support high-impact demand generation programs and operational initiatives. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth execution of events and workshops, strengthen cross-functional operating rhythms, and drive the planning, process, and reporting needed to keep stakeholders aligned and outcomes measurable.

What You’ll Do

  • Program & event execution support: Coordinate and support demand generation activities, including CISO Summits and customer workshops, ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables stay on track.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Maintain a consistent interlock cadence across internal and partner teams, helping drive alignment, follow-through, and clear communication.
  • Operational leadership (Communications): Lead day-to-day Communications operations, partnering with Communications Directors to define and deliver business processes and operational deliverables.
  • Proof of execution & program documentation: Collect and organize required information that demonstrates program execution and outcomes (including support for Field CISO Advisory for Service Provider initiatives).
  • Strategic planning management: Manage the planning process for both short-term priorities and long-term strategic planning, ensuring plans are actionable, documented, and communicated.
  • Process, systems & tools ownership: Manage and improve business process systems and tools that support the organization’s operations—helping teams work efficiently and consistently.
  • Metrics, dashboards & reporting: Track and report on client satisfaction and key success metrics, building dashboards and updates that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Problem-solving under pressure: Tackle complex operational challenges, prioritize effectively, and keep work moving forward in high-stress situations.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in project/program management with strong ownership of timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
  • Strength in strategic planning and analysis, with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to longer-term goals
  • Proven capability in complex problem solving and navigating ambiguity
  • Experience partnering with Communications leadership and supporting operational deliverables and processes
  • Comfort leading and coordinating virtual teams across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining organization, clarity, and momentum
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in reporting and documentation
Publishing Pay Range: $28.00 – $30.00 Hourly
