Role Summary

The Senior Security Design & Analytics Specialist supports the planning, design, analysis, and implementation of physical security technology initiatives within a large-scale environment. This role collaborates across multiple functions to support successful security system deployments and operations. The position uses data analysis and reporting to identify opportunities for operational improvement and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, design, and implementation of physical security technology projects across multiple locations.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Quickbase, and Excel to analyze project performance and operational data.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with security technology, facilities, construction, operations, and external partners to gather requirements and maintain design documentation.
  • Support deployment activities, including project coordination and tracking of security system installations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to security technology programs and processes.
  • Translate complex operational and project data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for security system designs, deployments, and operational procedures.
  • Provide analytics and performance reporting to support leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely completion of project objectives.

Qualifications

  • Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in security technology, business analytics, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting and visualization platforms.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights and reports.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work on-site as required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex data to diverse audiences.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Publishing Pay Range: $35.00 – $40.00 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
