Role Summary
This position is suited for experienced technical leaders capable of establishing credibility quickly with clients and internal teams. The role involves overseeing the delivery of complex full-stack, cloud, and data-centric projects, with the primary focus on immediate project outcomes. There is potential to transition into a permanent leadership role based on performance and mutual fit. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving technical solutions, managing teams, and ensuring quality delivery in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of full-stack, cloud, and data-driven client engagements, including scope, planning, risk management, and outcome delivery.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to diagnose technical and business challenges, translating them into scalable, effective solutions.
  • Oversee small technical teams, providing daily leadership, prioritization, and delivery guidance.
  • Contribute across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and release management.
  • Design and guide solutions in areas such as full-stack application development, AWS cloud services, data engineering, analytics, and platform modernization.
  • Review architecture and code for quality, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams and senior client stakeholders, tailoring messaging to the appropriate audience.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate development, analysis, and delivery, supporting responsible and ethical AI practices.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations and industry best practices, maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that supports team growth and continuous improvement, with an interest in mentoring and leadership development.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack application development and/or cloud solutions delivery.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and owning project delivery outcomes.
  • Comfortable working across architecture, planning, and execution phases of projects.
  • Experience spanning multiple SDLC phases within Agile environments.
  • Ability to diagnose complex issues and develop practical, scalable solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated interest in mentoring, leadership, and organizational growth.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule, combining remote work with in-office collaboration.

Publishing Pay Range: $68.00 – $72.00 Hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
