Role Summary
The Project Manager will oversee supplier onboarding for the L2C Integration Phase 4, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for managing project plans, tracking dependencies, and escalating risks to facilitate timely delivery and operational readiness. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and disciplined project management to support business continuity and successful go-live.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage an integrated project plan for supplier onboarding across L2C Integration Phase 4, including dependencies from earlier phases.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for suppliers, logistics providers, depots, repair and returns suppliers, and other external partners.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service, Support, and business process owners to clearly define and execute onboarding requirements.
  • Track supplier readiness regarding processes, systems, data, finance, trading, service, repair, returns, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for onboarding status, milestones, issues, risks, dependencies, decisions, and open actions.
  • Lead recurring workstream meetings, document outcomes, assign responsibilities, and ensure follow-up actions are completed on schedule.
  • Build and manage onboarding documentation, including playbooks, sequencing plans, readiness checklists, dependency maps, RAID logs, and escalation trackers.
  • Identify and escalate cross-phase conflicts, scheduling risks, resource constraints, and readiness gaps that could impact delivery or business continuity.
  • Partner with testing, UAT, cutover, and HyperCare teams to ensure alignment with technical, business, and go-live readiness criteria.
  • Support leadership updates, milestone reports, and decision-support documentation to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; relevant experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related transformation programs.
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional workplans, action logs, RAID logs, decision tracking, stakeholder meetings, and executive reporting.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed global environment with phased project delivery and overlapping workstreams.
  • Ability to adapt to ambiguous, fast-paced transformation environments with changing dependencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for concise updates and summaries.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ownership mindset.
  • Knowledge of Lead to Cash (L2C) processes, supplier onboarding, and related operational workflows.
  • Familiarity with invoice reconciliation, P2P workflows, and lifecycle management of data center operations.

Publishing Pay Range: $28.00 – $30.00 hourly

This position is fully remote and can be performed from an approved location.
