Role Summary
A senior-level management consulting position responsible for leading advisory and organizational transformation projects. The role involves collaborating with clients to diagnose challenges, develop strategic solutions, and guide change initiatives. This position offers opportunities for leadership development and progression within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex advisory and management consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Partner with client executives to identify business challenges, define strategic priorities, and develop actionable roadmaps to support growth and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate workshops, strategic sessions, and executive discussions to foster alignment and support decision-making.
  • Supervise and mentor small consulting teams, providing guidance, coaching, and quality assurance on deliverables.
  • Apply structured frameworks and industry best practices across domains including IT strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, and organizational change.
  • Translate complex technical and strategic ideas into clear, compelling recommendations suitable for diverse audiences.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs proactively to ensure project success and maintain client trust.
  • Foster collaboration across technical and business functions to promote alignment and drive transformational initiatives.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations through continuous review and feedback.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and relationship-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, organizational leadership, or advisory services.
  • Proven track record leading client engagements from inception to completion, demonstrating successful project outcomes.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presence skills capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with strategy development, change management, and program leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with expertise in structuring ambiguous challenges and guiding teams toward solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and business domains, fostering collaboration and consensus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired must verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.   • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Publishing Pay Range: $68.00 – $72.00 Hourly

This position is based in a hybrid work environment and requires a combination of remote work and in-office presence.
