Role Summary
This professional-level role focuses on supporting and optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform within a complex enterprise environment. The analyst will collaborate with finance, supply chain, IT, and implementation teams to deliver system configuration, process improvements, and system integrations. The position involves participating in full lifecycle ERP implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operational support, with an emphasis on financial processes and system functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for D365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Support financial transaction processing and core business processes such as Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay within D365 F&O.
  • Assist in system configuration, testing, deployment, and data migration activities during ERP implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate these into functional system solutions and process improvements.
  • Support day-to-day system inquiries and resolve user-reported issues related to finance modules and system configurations.
  • Contribute to the validation of financial data migration, master data setup, and configuration of financial structures including Chart of Accounts and posting profiles.
  • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure system integration and operational standards are maintained.
  • Assist in documenting business processes, system configurations, and system testing procedures to support user adoption and training initiatives.
  • Support financial month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
  • Participate in ongoing process optimization, leveraging emerging Microsoft technologies and features such as AI-powered Copilot capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience working with D365 Finance & Operations applications or similar ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience participating in full lifecycle ERP implementation, upgrades, or system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets, and supply chain modules.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or related data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Desire to learn and grow within a complex enterprise ERP environment.
  • Exposure to financial closing, reconciliation processes, and enterprise data flows.
  • Availability to work on-site at the specified location.

Publishing Pay Range: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 annually

Location Requirements: This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
