Role Summary
This role involves providing system analysis and support for healthcare applications, primarily focusing on system design, build, testing, and ongoing maintenance. Responsibilities
- Develop, test, validate, and support assigned healthcare applications, ensuring alignment with functional workflows.
- Collaborate with team members and interdisciplinary stakeholders to review and develop future state workflows.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements, working with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to resolve complex system issues, proposing alternative solutions when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, updates, and incident resolutions.
- Provide tier-2 support for application incidents reported via the help desk.
- Implement changes according to documented and compliant processes, adhering to departmental policies.
- Participate in training and certification processes, maintaining required certifications such as Epic modules.
- Engage with internal and external customers through face-to-face or remote interactions, fostering high-quality customer service.
- Travel as needed for Epic training sessions and to remote work locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of related healthcare application support or analysis experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification in assigned application modules.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Publishing Pay Range: $70.00 – $85.00 hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
