Role Summary
This senior-level project management role involves leading complex infrastructure and network transformation projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of network relocations, site closures, and greenfield deployments. The position requires a highly organized, proactive leader capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving project needs. Must be able to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Track progress on project milestones, deadlines, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of network infrastructure projects, including relocations, decommissions, and new network setups.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as plans, timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and work breakdown structures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across network engineering, operations, security, and business units to ensure project alignment.
  • Create actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI to facilitate transparency and decision-making.
  • Manage project risks and work proactively to resolve roadblocks or issues that may impact project timelines.
  • Attend project meetings, tracking tasks, and delivering status updates to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards and undergo necessary review processes.
  • Utilize automation tools, including Power Automate, to streamline reporting, tracking, and communication processes.
  • Demonstrate leadership and accountability, acting as a self-starter to drive project success with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry, with at least 10 years in project management roles.
  • Proven experience managing network infrastructure projects, including migrations, relocations, and decommissions.
  • Strong knowledge of core networking concepts: LAN/WAN, routing, switching, SD-WAN, etc.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as Smartsheet and Power BI.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and automation tools like Power Automate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with residency in the Central or Eastern Time zones, supporting the Latin American region.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired must verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 – $65.00 hourly
