Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Retrieve, analyze, and interpret data using statistical techniques to provide actionable insights.
- Develop, modify, and test SQL code, including stored procedures and queries, to meet reporting needs.
- Design and implement database queries, data collection strategies, and analytics tools to enhance business efficiency and data quality.
- Identify trends and patterns within complex data sets and recommend process improvements.
- Review reports, performance indicators, and data quality to identify and correct code defects.
- Document current processes, workflows, and issues to support ongoing data management efforts.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to analyze data and operational processes.
- Conduct quality control assessments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Learn and understand business workflows and how they are supported through SQL procedures and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a data or business analyst.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data models, database design, and data mining techniques.
- Proven ability to document business processes and workflows clearly.
- Experience with reporting platforms and data tools such as MS SQL Server, Power BI, XML, and JSON data models.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with GCP dashboards development is a plus.
- Six Sigma experience is advantageous.
- Availability to work on a hybrid schedule.
Publishing Pay Range: $38.00 to $40.00 hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
