Role Summary
The Voice Engineer provides day-to-day administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for enterprise voice systems. This is an onsite role based in Tulsa, OK, supporting reliable voice communications for end users. The position is approximately 75% focused on voice technologies and 25% on related network troubleshooting. Responsibilities include operational support, issue resolution, and participation in ongoing voice system enhancements and modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications environments
  • Manage phone adds, moves, changes, and removals
  • Troubleshoot voice-related issues, including phones, voicemail, call routing, and connectivity problems
  • Support and maintain Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for voice systems and end users
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting as needed to support voice services
  • Document configurations, changes, and support activities for transparency and knowledge sharing
  • Participate in voice system upgrades, migrations, and enhancement initiatives
  • Support incident resolution and follow established operational procedures
  • Travel occasionally for day trips to support field locations and business needs

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise voice or unified communications environments
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM)
  • Experience supporting Cisco Unity
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for voice and calling issues
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals relevant to voice connectivity and routing
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting end users through technical incidents and service requests
  • Familiarity with documenting system changes and operational activities
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday onsite in Tulsa, OK

Publishing Pay Range: $42.00 – $48.00 hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
