GDH Announces New Executive Director of Sales
We are excited to announce Chapman Porterfield as the Executive Director of Sales at GDH.
Blaine Caples, GDH Chief Revenue Officer, says, “We are excited for Chapman to join the team. Chapman’s years of experience growing sales and sales organizations nationally will enhance our client-centric approach to providing custom workforce solutions to some of the nation’s top technology companies. In addition, Chapman’s strategic vision for sales growth will scale our regional and national client relationships to all new heights”.
From 2005 – 2022 Chapman held various leadership roles through ettain group’s transition from a regional IT staffing firm to one of the country’s top 12 IT staffing and services firms, and including through the sale of ettain to Manpower. Chapman led the Raleigh/Durham market to the 2nd largest region in ettain group’s IT vertical. Following his branch leadership roles, Chapman helped to shape, define, and execute the acquisition and growth of a new National Account Strategy with ettain. Additionally, he identified, positioned, and secured growth across multiple different verticals aligning targeted solutions to meet customer needs. During his tenure with ettain, Chapman was consistently recognized for creating new market opportunities, securing new clients, and building high-performing teams. As Executive Director of Sales for GDH, he will be responsible for shaping our National and Regional sales strategy and alignment.
